International copyright
Definition:
There is no such thing as an “international copyright” that will automatically protect an author’s writings throughout the world. Protection against unauthorized use in a particular country basically depends on the national laws of that country.
Patent Infringement
Definition:
The unauthorized making, using, offering to sell, selling or importing into the United States any patented invention.
Trade Dress
Definition:
The totality of elements in which a product or service is packaged or presented, such as the shape and appearance of a product or container, or the cover of a book or magazine.
